HarmonyCa (by Allergan/AbbVie) is a hybrid injectable combining two active components: hyaluronic acid (HA) for immediate volume correction and calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres for long-term collagen stimulation. The combination delivers both immediate and progressive results from a single injection session.

How HarmonyCa Works

The two components work on different timescales:

Hyaluronic acid: provides immediate volumising effect and integrates smoothly into tissue
Calcium hydroxylapatite (20%): stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin over several months
