Extracción de Implantes Mamarios: Explantación y Cirugía En Bloc
La extracción de implantes mamarios (explantación) es la eliminación quirúrgica de los implantes mamarios. Puede combinarse con la capsulectomía total (extracción de la cápsula fibrosa circundante).
Razones para la Extracción
- Preferencia personal
- Contractura capsular grados III–IV
- Rotura del implante
- Enfermedad por Implantes Mamarios (BII)
- BIA-ALCL (linfoma de células grandes anaplásicas)
